Isabelle Whitfield
Executive DirectorExecutive Director: Isabelle Whitfield
After first pursuing a job in design Isabelle quickly realized she wanted to do something more meaningful with her career. Coming from a family of geriatric healthcare specialists, she felt the industry was a part of her calling, Isabelle always believed the elderly are “the forgotten population”. Her goal became to make others aware of the industry and to help take care of those who once cared for us by helping to provide a safe environment that feels nothing short of home. She loves hearing stories and learning wisdom from all of the residents. Isabelle gets the opportunity to spend every day with her grandmother who suffers from dementia and lives in Gardens of Eastbrooke. She recognizes the difficulty of being the caregiver and delights in taking on that role so that relatives can be the son, daughter, sister, brother, or friend, again. In her free time, she enjoys being on the water and tapping into her creative side through home interior and fashion styling.

Tena Bryant
Director of NursingDirector of Nursing: Tena Bryant
Tena grew up very close to her grandmother who had many illnesses in which she required someone to assist with her care. This is where her passion and love for healthcare and the geriatric population started. After obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science, she gained experience in Skilled Nursing for approximately seven years. I truly believe that everyone, no matter what age, should be treated with compassion, integrity, respect, and honesty. As Tena will always be striving to climb the nursing ladder she is grateful for the opportunity to specialize her knowledge and relationships through memory care.

Courtney Willoughby
Sales/Marketing DirectorSales/Marketing Director: Courtney Willoughby
Courtney Willoughby started in the industry of Senior Living because her aunt introduced her by allowing her to come volunteer in activities within her own community over the summers as a young child at just 12 years old. Her grandparents assisted in raising her so her love for seniors started early. She graduated from UCF with her Bachelors of Science in Health Services Administration and shortly after got her start in Assisted Living over 7 years ago and has never looked back. She has experience in the business office as well as the administrator role but sincerely loves Marketing and helping families to be just that again. Seeing the shoulders go down of the families when the caregiving is no longer their sole responsibility and allowing them to be the daughter, son, wife, husband, etc. again is the best thing to be a small part of. When she’s not in the community, she enjoys kayaking, golfing, spending time with her dogs, Lu Lu and Ruby, laughing with her friends, family, and boyfriend, watching Kentucky Basketball, and visiting her hometown in Eastern Kentucky.
