Bobbie Lane
Executive DirectorExecutive Director: Bobbie Lane
Bobbie Lane is the Executive Director at The Gardens of Eastbrooke. She is an experienced senior living professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, leadership, and community operations. Bobbie is passionate about serving residents and families with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive community. Bobbie understands that choosing senior living for a loved one can be one of the most emotional decisions a family faces, especially when caring for someone living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. She is dedicated to supporting residents and their families through each step of the journey, providing guidance, education, and reassurance while helping them find a safe, supportive, and loving environment for their loved one. In addition to her work in senior living, Bobbie is the author of several books on leadership and personal growth, a leadership coach, and the recipient of an Honorary Doctorate in Humanities. She is passionate about inspiring others to lead with confidence, resilience, and purpose. Outside of work, Bobbie enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She believes that family, service, compassion, and genuine connection are at the heart of everything she does.
Jaime Fernandez
Business Office ManagerBusiness Office Manager: Jaime Fernandez
Jaime Fernandez started her career in the healthcare industry after she moved to Orlando, Florida, with her family. She has been the Business Office Manager at the Gardens of Eastbrooke since 2007, providing support to our staff, residents, and their families. Jaime has always had compassion and loved working with seniors. Starting at a young age, she worked in an assisted living community where she made many loving connections and would later in life realize this was her calling. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, creating memories, and taking care of her backyard chickens.

Patrick Mitil
Assistant Director of NursingAssistant Director of Nursing: Patrick Mitil
Patrick Mitil is the Assistant Director of Nursing at The Gardens of Eastbrooke. He began his career in senior healthcare in 2020 with a passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the lives of residents. Patrick joined The Gardens of Eastbrooke in 2023 as a Medication Technician. His dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment to learning quickly set him apart. Always eager to grow professionally and take on new challenges, he advanced into the role of Assistant Director of Nursing, where he continues to support both residents and the nursing team with compassion and leadership. Patrick has a special passion for caring for residents living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. He is dedicated to providing patient-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and meaningful connections while supporting families throughout their loved one’s journey. When he’s not at The Gardens of Eastbrooke, Patrick enjoys making music, a creative outlet that allows him to relax and express himself outside of work.
Joe Damore
Maintenance DirectorMaintenance Director: Joe Damore
Joe moved to Florida in 2012 and began his career in senior living as a Maintenance Director in Assisted Living. His passion for helping others and keeping communities running smoothly quickly made him an invaluable part of the senior living industry. Joe joined The Gardens of Eastbrooke in 2025 and has been an incredible addition to our team! As our Maintenance Director, Joe makes sure our building, maintenance, and housekeeping operations are running smoothly and that our community is always looking its best. We like to say he’s the “Bomb Dot Com!” when it comes to getting things done! Joe takes great pride in keeping our community safe, comfortable, and welcoming for our residents, families, and team members. When Joe isn’t at work, you can usually find him enjoying two of his favorite things: hunting and fishing!
Kylon MacBride
Dietary DirectorDietary Director: Kylon MacBride
Kylon was born in Memphis and moved to Orlando in 2018, where he began his career in senior living as a dietary aide. His dedication and passion quickly became evident, and within his first year, he was promoted to a cook before advancing into his current role as our Dietary Director. Gardens of Eastbrooke holds a special place in Kylon’s heart because of its focus on memory care. His connection to residents living with dementia reminds him of his grandparents, who also experienced dementia. This personal connection inspires him to make every resident feel valued, cared for, and known. Kylon goes above and beyond his role in dining, always willing to lend a hand in other departments so he can connect with residents on every level. Whether he is preparing a delicious meal, creating a special sweet treat, or simply spending time with residents, Kylon brings warmth, kindness, and a genuine spirit of service to everything he does. Outside of work, Kylon enjoys helping others and sharing his love of cooking by creating delicious meals and sweet treats for family and friends. His passion for serving others is at the heart of who he is.
Alyssa Campbell
Activity DirectorActivity Director: Alyssa Campbell
Alyssa joined The Gardens of Westbrooke in 2024 as an Activities Assistant. She quickly became passionate about creating meaningful and engaging experiences for our residents. Through her dedication and continued growth, Alyssa was promoted to Activities Director in January 2025.
Since stepping into her role, Alyssa has brought so many creative ideas and activities to our Alzheimer’s and dementia residents, helping keep their minds active, engaged, and stimulated throughout the day. We are so grateful for the compassion, creativity, and energy she brings to our community every day! When Alyssa isn’t at work, she enjoys getting outdoors and going on new adventures.

Driven by her dedication to making a difference, Olivia earned her nursing license in 2009. Since then, she has devoted her career to providing compassionate, resident-centered care, with a special passion for serving individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. She is committed to helping residents maintain the highest quality of life while offering guidance and support to their loved ones. Known for her compassionate heart and unwavering commitment, Olivia is often described as a superhero by those who work alongside her. When she’s not caring for residents, she enjoys trying new experiences, meeting new people, and spending time socializing with family and friends.
Patrick Mitil
